We offer residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific tasks will be outlined in your service agreement.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Booking: Services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled service. A fee of 50% of the service cost will apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and online payments.
5. Liability
Damages: We will exercise reasonable care while cleaning. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or items that are not secured properly.
Valuables: Please secure all valuables. We are not responsible for lost or damaged valuables.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Access: Ensure our staff has unimpeded access to the premises.
Environment: Provide a safe working environment, including functioning utilities.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the area at no additional cost.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Amendments
Aloha Cleaning Pros reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
